兴山地区烟叶香气物质与津巴布韦优质烟叶的比较 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]为兴山优质烟叶生产提供理论参考。[方法]选取兴山烟区有代表性的烟叶样品,采取常规香气物质含量测定方法对致香物质进行测定,并与津巴布韦优质烟叶进行比较分析。[结果]兴山中橘三中性致香物质及酸性成分总量明显高于津巴布韦烟叶,不同部位多酚化合物含量及多酚总量不同,中上部兴山烟叶高于津巴布韦烟叶,下部兴山烟叶略低。[结论]兴山产区烤烟致香物质含量丰富,整体质量接近津巴布韦优质烟叶,但在个别指标方面还存在少许差距,需采取措施进一步改善。 [Objective] The research aimed to provide a theoretical reference for the high-quality tobacco's production in Xingshan area.[Method] The representative tobacco samples were selected,and the routine determination method was used to mensurate the tobacco's aroma substances,and then compared with Zimbabwe's high-quality tobacco leaves.[Result] The neutral and acidic aroma components of Xingshan C3F were distinctly higher than those of Zimbabwean's tobacco.Polyphenolic compounds and the total polyphenol content were different in different parts.The contents of Xingshan's middle and upper leaves were higher than those of Zimbabwe tobacco,but the lower part of the leaves was slightly lower.[Conclusion] Xingshan flue-cured tobacco was rich in aroma substances,and the overall quality was close to Zimbabwe's.However,there were still some gaps among the individual indexes which were needed to take measures to make further improving.
