摘要
目的了解安阳市居民食用盐加碘情况。方法按照《河南省碘盐监测实施细则》规定的抽样方法,在辖区内抽取2892份居民用户食用盐,采取国家标准分析方法进行检测。结果 2892份居民用户食用盐中,碘盐2858份,合格碘盐2802份,碘盐合格率为98.0%;非碘盐34份,非碘盐率1.28%。碘盐覆盖率98.8%,合格碘盐食用率96.9%。结论居民用户碘盐覆盖率、碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率均大于95%,符合国家规定的标准,各项指标均达到了国家碘缺乏病消除标准,安阳市消除碘缺乏病成果已得到巩固。
[Objective]To understand the consumption status of edible salt among Anyang residents.[Methods]According to the sampling method of ＂Implementing Regulations of Iodized Salt Monitoring in Henan Province＂,a total of 2892 samples of edible salt were sampled.The test was based on the national standard method.[Results]Of 2892 samples of edible salt,2858 samples were iodized salt,among which 2802（98.0%）were qualified;34 samples（1.28%） were non-iodized salt.The coverage rate of iodized salt was 98.8%.The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt was 96.9%.[Conclusion]The coverage rate of iodized salt,qualified rate of iodized salt and consumption rate of qualified iodized salt are all over 95%,which meet the national standards.The various indexes have reached the national standard of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.The achievement of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders has been consolidated in Anyang City.
