摘要
以长白山人参为原料, 用盐溶液抽提、盐析、超过滤、离子交换层析及亲和层析分离纯化出一种人参蛋白质, 经 S D S聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法鉴定其纯度为一条带, 并测定其分子量在14 000~16 000 之间.
A peptide was purified from Paxan Ginseng C.A.Meyer by means of salt solution extraction, fractional precipitation, ultrafiltration, ion exchange chromatography and affinity chromatography. The peptide's purity was analysed by SDS polyacrylamide gels electrophoresis in the pattern of which only one band was found, and its molecular weight was determined to be 14 000~16 000 compared with standard molecular weight markers.
