摘要
地方政府行政强拆具有极大的危害性。从行政管理体制视角分析,现行行政决策体制、考核体制、人事体制、监督体制,是行政强拆屡屡发生的根本原因。应该完善有关决策、考核、人事体制,推进阳光政府建设以促进和谐拆迁。
Local government violent house relocation is destructive. According to the administrative management systems, this paper analyzes the fundamental reasons of violent relocation despite repeated prohibition from aspects of decision -making system, personnel system, evaluation system and supervisory system, and gives advice to con- struct a government in the sunshine and promote harmonious relocation.
