摘要
PLC在工业自动化生产中的应用日益广泛,但由于其内存数据难以直观呈现给开发人员,因此PLC的梯形图的编程及调试较困难。该文介绍了一种基于OMRON CP1H型PLC的简易数显仪的设计,通过4位7段数码显示管可方便输出PLC对应内存数据,以作程序调试或其他数据输出使用。
PLC is increasingly widely used in industrial automation manufacturing. However, the programming and debugging of PLC’s ladder chart is rather difficult because its memory data is hardly available for the programmers. The design of a simple digital display based on OMRON CP1H PLC is introduced in this paper. It’s easy to output the PLC’s corresponding memory data by four seven-segment numeric indicators, which can help to debug and output the data for other purposes.
