食管放射损伤时组织MDA含量以及IL-1β、TNF-α mRNA表达的实验研究

摘要 目的观察家兔食管放射损伤时食管组织MDA含量以及细胞因子IL-1β、TNF-αmRNA表达的变化。方法对家兔食管进行照射后第1、4、7天观察食管组织的病理组织学改变,并检测食管组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量以及白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)mRNA表达的变化。结果照射后7天内食管组织中MDA含量均增高(P〈0.05);IL-1β、TNF-α mRNA在照射后7天内均有增高表达。结论脂类过氧化反应与细胞因子IL-1β、TNF-α均参与食管放射损伤的发生过程。
