摘要 通过H2O2的降解作用可得到水溶性壳糖胺(CS)产物.降解速度及产物颜色与CS用量、H2O2浓度和降解温度等工艺条件有关.实验结果表明,在80℃温度下,搅拌速度为2400r·min-1,用6g·L-1H2O2可使33.0g·L-1CS降解成水溶性产物,其降解速度为1.21g·L-1·h-1.由产物的FT-IR谱图初步推断了降解反应机理.由所得水溶性CS制得了一种兼有材保与环保双重作用的绿色涂层。 A preparative method of water soluble chitosan has been established by degradation reaction of chitosan with H 2O 2. The rate of degradation and the color of the products are influenced by such conditions as the dose of chitosan, the concentration of H 2O 2 and the temperature of reaction. The results indicate that if the stirring rate is controlled at 2 400 r·min -1 , 33.0 g·L -1 chitosan could be degradated into water soluble product by 6 g·L -1 H 2O 2 at 80℃. A kind of green coatings is obtained with this water soluble chitosan. The mechanism of the reaction has been speculated from IR spectrum of the products. It is interesting of chemical degradation of chitosan for the research and development of chitin and chitosan.
