摘要
目的对太原地区某养殖场鸡粪便中分离的大肠埃希菌进行药敏分析和耐药基因检测。方法对12株从太原地区某养殖场鸡粪便中分离到的大肠埃希菌进行耐药性分析;采用PCR方法检测耐药基因存在情况并进行脉冲场凝胶电泳分型分析。结果在12株标本中,2株为可通过质粒传播CTX-M9型产ESBL菌株,其表现为多重耐药。结论应加强对动物、禽类中产ESBLs微生物的检测及分子生物学研究,防止耐药菌株在人群间传播和扩散。
Objective To determine the drug sensitivity and drug resistance genes of the Escherichia coli strains isolated from the chicken and pigs in a farm in Taiyuan.Methods Drug sensitivity tests were performed for twelve(E.coli) strains isolated from the chicken in the farm.PCR was applied to identify the drug-resistance genes and PFGE for genotyping analysis.Results Two out of the twelve isolates were plasmid-mediated CTX-M 9 extended spectrum β-lactamase-producing strains with the presence of multidrug resistance.Conclusion Molecular biological study and surveillance of extended spectrum β-lactamase-producing bacteria in animals should be strengthened to prevent the spread and prevalence of drug-resistant strains in human beings.
