摘要
针对某检验检疫局保税区货物运输过程中的职责监管分离问题,设计了一套电子检封锁监控系统。该电子检封锁内置模块融合了RFID、GPS和GPRS技术,其RFID射频识别模块可对车辆的ID等信息进行识别,GPS模块可实现车辆的实时监控定位,GPRS模块则通过短信传输车辆的相关信息,实现货物运输过程中的全程定位与监控。对系统硬件和软件关键技术及实现方案进行了阐述。该系统已成功用于某检验检疫局的货物监管,应用结果表明,该系统大大提高了检验检疫的效率,降低了运输货物的出错率,达到了货物的快速通关需求。
Based on the requirement in the process of cargo transportation business of an Inspection and Quarantine Bureau,an E-Seal Lock inspection monitoring system is designed.The E-Seal Lock includes RFID,GPS and GPRS technology,which can monitor the transportation of goods vehicles.The built-in RFID radio frequency identification module can identify the vehicle's ID,position the goods using GPS real-time location,and transport the vehicles's relevant information using GPRS system.The whole monitoring system,the key hardware and software were presented in detail.
