摘要
通过对水轮机用大功率行星齿轮增速器特点和结构的分析,阐述了热功率、功率损耗、散热及润滑等技术在行星齿轮增速器传动中的重要性;并从设计优化、热平衡计算、功率损耗、散热改进及润滑机理等几个主要方面进行了详细的分析;为水轮机增速器的设计及应用提供了有益的借鉴。
Through analysis on the characteristics and structure of heavy power planetary speeder gearbox used in hydraulic turbine,the paper dissertated the importance of thermal power,power loss,heat emission and lubrication technology in the transmission of planetary speeder gearbox,and elaborated the optimization design,computation of thermal balance,power loss,improvement on heat emission and lubrication mechanism etc.,which can be useful references for design and application of the speeder gearbox used in hydraulic turbine.
