摘要
体育教师的专业化发展是体育教师作为专业人员,从专业思想到专业知识、专业能力、专业心理品质等方面由不成熟到比较成熟的发展过程。体育教师的专业化包括专业理想的建立、专业知识的拓展、专业能力的发展和专业自我的形成。当前,体育教师培养还存在一些问题,亟待健全和完善。高校绩效评价下实现高校体育教师的专业化,应完善教师教育制度,重视教师的自我内在激励,强化外部环境的支持,构建体育教师专业教育体系,完善体育教师资格准入制度,加强职业道德教育。
The professional development of P.E. teachers is the development process from unmaturity to maturity on the aspect of professional thoughts,professional ability and professional psychological quality for P.E. teachers. Professionalism of P.E. teachers includes establishment of professional ideality,extension of professional knowledge,development of professional ability and formation of professional ego. At the present,there are still some problems with P.E. teachers education,which needs improvement and perfection. To realize the professionalism of university P.E. teachers under the perfor-mance appraisal,it is suggested to perfect teacher education system,emphasize the teachers' self stimulation,strengthen the support of outer environment,construct professional education system of P.E. teachers,enhance the P.E. teachers qualification accreditation system and strengthen occupational ethics education.
