摘要
试验通过正交设计方法,着重研究彩色马蹄莲组织培养过程中的基本培养基及植物生长调节剂(6-BA、KT、IAA、NAA),对不定芽诱导、继代培养和诱导生根的影响。结果显示:初代培养BA2.0mg/L和B5培养基搭配效果最好,继代培养最优组合B5+BA2.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,诱导生根1/2MS+NAA0.1mg/L+IBA0.3mg/L对生根率的诱导效果最好。
This trial was by way of the orthogonal design method, and stressed to study colored horse's hoof lotus organizations to cultivate basic culture medium and plant growth regulator 6-BA in the course and KT, IAA and NAA, guided to the adventitious bud and continues generation cultivating and guides the influence taking root. The result shows: it was the best just generation to cultivate BA 2.0 mg/L and B5's culture medium collocation effect, and continued era cultivating the most excellent combination B5 + BA 2.0 mg/L + NAA 0.1 mg/L, and 1/2MS +NAA 0.1 mg/L IBA 0.3 mg/L induction result to the taking root rate was best to induce and take root.
