摘要
研究氮磷钾肥不同配比对半夏产量和品质的影响。采用"3414"法进行盆栽半夏肥效试验,分别应用硫酸-蒽酮比色法、BCA蛋白试剂盒进行多糖和水溶性蛋白的测定。适宜的氮磷钾肥水平可分别使块茎增产22.1%(N1)、19.8%(P2)和37.0%(K2),并且提高块茎中水溶性蛋白和多糖的含量。在试验条件下,半夏氮肥经济施用量为4.67g/盆,鉴于盆栽土壤P、K含量较高,不建议施用磷钾肥。
The present paper explored the changes in yield and quality of Pinellia ternata with different ratio of NPK fertilizers.The fertilizer response was detected by using the ' 3414 ' design.Content of polysaccharide and water-soluble protein were measured by Sulfuric acid-anthrone colorimetric method and Bradford Protein Assay Kit.Results:The appropriate level of NPK fertilizers increased yield of P.ternata by 22.1%(N 1),19.8% (P 2) and 37.0%(K 2) respectively as well as the amount of water-soluble protein and polysaccharide in P.ternata ' s tube.Conclusion:On the experimental conditions,the recommended economical nitrogen rate is 4.67 g/pot.Besides,neither potassium nor phosphorus is recommended to fertilize due to their high contents in the potting soil.
