摘要
以实验室实验证明高压电脉冲灭活小球藻有效,探讨脉冲峰值电压、脉冲频率、曝气量、处理温度等因素的影响,推测高压电脉冲灭活小球藻的机理,为高压电脉冲灭活船舶压载水中藻类微生物的有效性提供了证据。
Inactivation effect on Chlorella by pulsed high voltage discharge was investigated in laboratory work. Effect factor as pulsed peak voltage, pulsed frequency, oxygen as the bubbling gas and Processing Temperature were explored. Conjecture the mechanism of inactive the Chlorella by pulsed high voltage discharge: It was prospected to be effective to inactive the algae of ships' ballast water by pulsed high voltage discharge.
