摘要
低碳经济革命对于各国而言都是一个历史性的机遇。但我国目前尚面临一些困难,如以煤为主的能源结构、工业化和城市化的快速发展、技术创新能力较弱等。针对上述情况,本文提出了相关政策建议,如优化能源结构、建设低碳城市、促进低碳技术创新等。
Low-carbon economy revolution is a historic opportunity to every country. However, China faces some difficulties currently, such as the coal-dominated energy structure, rapid industrialization and urbanization development, and lack of technological innovation. In response to these circumstances, this paper presents relevant policy recommendations, such as optimizing energy structure, building low-carbon city, promoting low-carbon technology innovation.
