国家食品药品监督管理局、卫生部联合进一步开展整治非药品冒充药品专项行动
摘要
为严厉打击非药品冒充药品违法行为，维护公众身体健康，按照国务院关于整治非药品冒充药品专项行动的指示和卫生部等六部门《关于印发药品安全专项整治工作方案的通知》（国食药监办（2009）342号）精神，近日，国家食品药品监管局和卫生部联合下发了《关于进一步开展整治非药品冒充药品专项行动的通知》（国食药监稽[2010]204号），决定从2010年6月至10月底，开展集中整治非药品冒充药品第二阶段专项行动。
