摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定女金片中橙皮苷的含量。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-3柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(39:61:0.05);流速:1.0mL·min^(-1);检测波长:283nm。结果:在0.4216-0.2108mg·mL^(-1)浓度范围内线性关系良好,回归方程为:Y=8764686X+8351(r=0.9999,n=5),平均回收率为98.77%(n=6),RSD为1.53%。结论:该方法简便、准确,重现性好,精密度高,可用于女金片中橙皮苷的含量测定。
Objective： To establish the content determination method of Hesperidin in Nujin Tablets.Methods： HPLC analysis was carried out with Inertsil ODS-3 （250mm×4.6mm, 5μm） column and Methanol- Water-Phosphoric Acid（39：61：0.05） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL-min^-1; the detection wavelength was 283 nm. Results： The calibrattion curves were linear in the range of 0.04216-0.2108 mg.mL^-1. The regression equation was Y =8764686X ＋ 8351,r=0.9999（n=5）. The average recovery of Hesperidin was 98.77%（n=6）, and RSD was 1.53%. Conelusin： The method is simple and sensitive. Tt can be used for the determination of Hesperidin in Nujin Tablets.
