摘要
分析了我国企业在员工激励方面普遍存在的问题,在此基础上提出了解决企业员工激励问题的对策。
This paper analyzes some problems commonly existing in employee motivation of Chinese enterprises,and based on this,puts forwards some countermeasures for solving the problems of employee motivation in enterprise.
