摘要
目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法测定4种人工冬虫夏草中腺甘的含量。方法:采用GilsonHPLC系统,DupontC18色谱柱,甲醇0.06mol/L磷酸二氢钾四氢呋喃(10∶150∶1.5)为流动相,检测波长为160nm,流速1ml/min。结果:该法平均回收率98.7%,相对标准偏差RSD为1.10%(n=5)。结论:该法快速简便、灵敏度高。
Objective:A method for determination of adenosine in four fermented Cordyceps products by RP HPLC is described.Method:C 18 column was used with methanol 0.06mol/L potassium phosphate monobasic tetrahydrofuran(10∶150∶1.5)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1ml/min and detected at 260nm.Results: The average recovery was 98.7% and relative standard deviation was 1.10%(n=5).Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid and sensitive.The paper introduces the feasibility of supersonic extraction method taking the place of reflux method.
