摘要
焊接小车包括行走驱动机构和焊枪摆动机构,其伺服控制系统采用PWM调速技术,以光电脉冲发生器作为速度检测元件,改变了传统的测速机反馈控制方式,通过单片机实现焊接过程的程序控制。现场实验结果表明该控制系统工作性能稳定可靠,完全满足中小型储罐自动焊焊接工艺要求。
In serve - control system of the welding tractor of middle - small sized of storage tank, the PWM technique is used to adjust the motor's speed. The photoelectric pulse is used as the component to measure the velocity instead of the traditional tachometer generator for feedback control. The program control of the welding process is realized by the single piece microcomputer. The control system has the advantages in strong function, easy operation and high control precision. Experimental results on site shows that the control system is both stable and reliale.
