摘要
本文从破解拔尖创新人才培养难题入手,在进一步阐述"双超常教育"科学发展观的基础上,提出了"人人都有超常潜能,人人都需要超常教育"的新理念,进而从人脑潜能和多元智能纵横两个方面对这一新理念分别进行了深入探讨,揭示出拔尖创新人才脱颖而出的两大关键——"超常潜能超常发挥"。
This article, which focuses on the solution to the cultivation of top creative talents, puts forward the new topic that "everyone has super potentials, and everyone needs supemormal education," based on a further explanation of the scientific concept of developing "double supemormal education." Then the article probes into the aforesaid topic from the perspectives of both the potentials of the human brain and multiple intelligences, and reveals the key element of the cultivation of top creative talents: getting super potentials brought to full play.
