摘要 目的评价5-氨基酮戊酸光动力联合其他疗法三阶段治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法采用前期处理、光动力治疗、后期处理三阶段治疗尖锐湿疣230例,光动力治疗1~10次,每周一次,末次治疗后4月~2年半判断疗效并观察复发率。结果三阶段总治愈率89.00%,复发率5.50%。在治愈的病人中,1次和2次治愈的病例之和达52.00%。结论对于尖锐湿疣可以常规采用2次光动力治疗,可以明显减少复发。 Objective To explore the efficacy of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy combined other therapy for the three phases treatment of condyloma acuminatum. Methods Threes phases treatment: prophase disposal, photodynamic therapy, anaphase disposal condyloma acuminatum. Two hundred and thirty cases were treated once a week for about 1 to 10 times, After the last treatmeat, the efficacy and the recurrence rate were evaluated after the following 6 months to two years. Results The cure rate and the recurrence rate of three prases treatment therapy was 89.00% and 5.50%, respectively. Among the recovery cases, about 52.00% were 1 or 2 times treatment cases. Conclusion It is recommended that a routine two times photodynamic therapy for condyloma acuminatum to reduce the recurrence rate.
