摘要
目的:探讨电针对围绝经期综合征大鼠耐热能力的影响及干预的合理时机。方法:建立大鼠去卵巢模型,分为5个不同电针干预时期,观察不同时期电针对围绝经期综合征大鼠耐热能力的影响。结果:电针能够提高围绝经期综合征大鼠的耐热能力,以造模前7天组、模后1天组、模后8天组、模后15天组差异显著。结论:从耐热能力的角度出发,电针干预围绝经期综合征大鼠以预防和早期治疗较为重要。
Objective:To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on heat-resistant of perimenopausal syndrome rats and explore the reasonable treatment chance.Methods:Perimenopausal syndrome models were made by removing ovaria.Rats were electroacupunctured at five different stages to observe the effect on heat-resistant.Results:Electroacupuncture could elevate the heat-resistant of perimenopausal syndrome rats,there were significant difference in pro-modeling 7 days,post-modeling 1day,8 days and 15 days groups.Conclusion:From the heat-resistant,prophylaxis and earlier stage treated were more important in the electroacupuncture treatment of perimenopausal syndrome rats.
