摘要
目的对樟科植物豹皮樟叶醇提取物中乙酸乙酯部分物质的化学成分进行分析。方法应用反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱以及HPLC进行分离纯化,并依据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其化学结构。结果从豹皮樟叶的乙酸乙酯萃取部分分离得到5个化合物,分别鉴定为槲皮素(Quercetin,1)、山柰酚(Kaempferol,2)、(+)-儿茶素[(+)-Catechin,3]、β-谷甾醇β(-Sitosterol,4)、胡萝卜苷(Daucosterin,5)。结论化合物3~5为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To analyse chemical constituents of acetoacetate fraction of alcohol extract obtained from leaves of Litsea coreana.Methods The constituents were separated and purified repeatedly by methods of silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography and their structures were identified on the basis of physicochemical property and spectral analysis.Results Five compounds were isolated from acetoacetate extract of Litsea coreana L.and elucidated as Quercetin(1),Kaempferol(2),(+)-Catechin(3),β-Sitosterol(4),Daucosterin(5).Conclusion The compounds 3,4 and 5 are obtained from the plant for the first time.
