血标本致病菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析某医院2008年血培养中分离菌的种类及药物敏感性。方法患者血标本经血培养仪培养,阳性株用MicroScan wa1kAway-40细菌鉴定/药敏分析系统进行菌种鉴定和药物敏感试验。结果血培养标本3930份,分离菌株396株,阳性率10.1%。其中革兰阴性菌223株,分离率为223/3930(5.7%);革兰阳性菌137株,分离率为137/3930(3.5%);真菌36株,分离率为36/3930(0.9%)。分离菌中以凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、肺炎克雷伯菌及真菌为主。革兰阳性菌未发现耐万古霉素菌株。革兰阴性杆菌对碳青霉烯类抗菌素高度敏感。结论 2008年血培养分离菌中革兰阴性菌所占比例第一,革兰阳性菌所占比例其次;血培养中分离菌对常用抗生素的敏感性较低。
