摘要
研究了EDM电极快速精铸凝固过程中铸型和铸件间的相互作用。利用接触单元法对铸型/铸件的边界进行处理,以及对半圆柱铸件在凝固中尺寸变化进行了模拟。从而为实际工艺过程补偿量大小的确定提供理论依据和指导。
The interaction between the mold and casting was studied in the process of rapid precision casting solidification of EDM electrodes. By using of the contacting element method,boundary of mold and casting was disposed and the dimension changes of semi-cylindrical casting were simulated in the process of solidification. The results provide theory basis and guidance for determining the compensation rate in actual process.
