摘要 包头第二热电厂的5号机组是哈尔滨汽轮机厂于1969年生产的51501型汽轮机,额定功率50MW,新蒸汽压力89MPa,新蒸汽温度500℃,背压0005MPa,额定转速3000r/min。该机组于1970年8月投入运行,至1995年末已累计运行19万h,属老化机组。但目前机组仍能正常运行,转子金属探伤也无明显缺陷。文章根据机组的运行记录,对其起停热应力、寿命损耗和剩余寿命进行了研究和评估。 No.5 steam turbine of Baotou No.2 Cogeneration Power Plant was 51 50 1 type steam turbine made by Harbin Steam Turbine Works in 1969, rated at 50 MW, with main steam pressure of 8.9 MPa, main steam temperature of 500 ℃, back pressure of 0 005 MPa and rated rpm of 3 000. This steam turbine was put into operation in August 1970 and had accumulatively operated 190 000 hours as of the end of 1995, being an aged unit. Currently this unit can still operate normally, no distinct defects are detected out in the rotor. The thermal stress and life expenditure during start up and shutdown and the residual life of this steam turbine are studied and evaluated on the basis of operation records.
