摘要
在一定电压下,用X射线照射固体介质,可使固体介质内微小气隙中的气体电离并产生局部放电,检测这种因X射线激励而产生的局部放电,对早期发现电气设备内的缺陷是十分有意义的。
X-ray is a kind of high-energy ionizing radiation by which the gas can be ionized within solid dielectric cavities. Under AC voltage applied, X-ray radiation will ionize the gas in solid dielectric cavities, and induce constant partial discharge activity. It is significant to detect deterioration and premature failure through X-ray induced PD.
