摘要
目的:研究纳米药物载体在肿瘤治疗的应用。方法:中国知网全文数据库(CNKI)检索系统,以"纳米和肿瘤"为关键词,检索2000-2009年相关文献34篇;PubMed数据库中迄今包括"nano,cancer"的有关文献540篇。根据纳入标准,选择中外文核心期刊中以纳米药物载体在肿瘤治疗中的应用为主题的28篇文献作为主要参考。结果:纳米药物载体可携带药物特异靶向到肿瘤部位,一定程度上解决了分子靶向及传统化疗药物治疗时遇到的抗药性问题,还可以有效控制联合药物的释放比例,提高药物利用率及循环中的稳定性。结论:人们正在研究多功能、多用途的纳米颗粒,相信不久新一代适用于个性化癌症治疗的纳米颗粒将实现。
OBJECTIVE: To review the application of nano-scale drug vehicles in cancer therapy. METHODS: A total of 34 articles were found in CNKI database from 2000 to 2009, and 540 articles in PubMed database up to now, with "nano, cancer" as key words. The articles about nano-scale drug vehicles and cancer were selected, and 28 related papers were used in the analysis at last. RESULTS: Nano scale drug vehicles are able to carry their loaded active drugs to the tumor by targeting mechanism. Moreo vet, nano scale drug vehicles are suited for controlling and coordinating the pharmacokinetics of co-administered drugs so that the desired ratio can be maintained in vivo, improving hioavailability and prolonging the time of drug action. CONCLUSION: Multifunctional and multiplex nanoparticles are now being active ly investigated and are on the horizon as the next generation of nanopartieles, facilitating the personalized cancer treatment.
