摘要
目的评价血糖的日立-新成检测系统与罗氏检测系统有无明显差异。方法参照EP9-A2文件的规定，对血搪的两个检测系统进行方法学比对试验。结果两个检测系统测定结果的均值进行相关回归分析：y=0．993x—0．1339，R2：0．9963，医学决定水平上的系统误差（SE％）在可接受范围内。结论本实验室建立的血糖日立一新成检测系统与罗氏检测系统无明显差异。
Objective Evaluate whether there are significant differences between Hitachi - Sinew Glu mearurement system and Roche Glucose（Gin） meantrement system. Methods According to EP9- A2, do Method Comparison Experiment of two Gln mearurement systems. Results The Regression of the mean mearurement results of tow Glu mearurement systems： y = 1.0354d-x- 0. 1467,R2 = 0.9968, the systematic error （SE % ） of medical decision level can be accepted. Conclusions There are no significant differences between Hitach - Sinew Glu mearurement system and Roche Glu mearurement system in our laboratory.
