摘要
分析了汽轮机叶片激振力载荷谱,研究了叶片振动模态对激振力的响应特性-模态力,给出了汽轮机叶片动应力的计算方法。建立了叶片振动频率和激振力优化数学模型,探讨了动应力优化的途径。给出了680mm叶片的算例。
The spectrum of stimuli forces is analyzed.The modal forces which are the response caricteristic of blade vibration mode shape to the stimulus force are studies.The dynamic stress calculation method of steam turbine blade is provided.The optimization algorithm models of vibration requency and stimuli forces are set up.The dynamic stress optimization approaches are investigated.An example of 680mm blade has been given.
