摘要
针对110kV及以上电压等级的高压架空线—电缆混合线路,提出一种基于双端行波原理的混合线路故障定位方法。首先,通过将混合线路故障产生的初始行波浪涌到达线路两端的时间差与整定值进行比较来确定故障区段;然后,根据不同的故障区段推导出相应的混合线路双端行波故障测距算法。为了对提出的混合线路行波故障定位方法进行验证,将故障定位算法嵌入到普通的双端行波故障定位装置中,并利用行波测距校验仪对改造后的行波定位装置进行混合线路故障定位的模拟试验。试验表明,所提出的混合线路行波故障定位方法是可行的,而且具有较强的实用性。
A fault location method based on double-ended travelling wave principle is presented for the 110 kV and above high- voltage overhead lines combined with underground power cables. Firstly, the fault section is determined by comparing the time difference between the arrival times of the fault induced initial travelling wave detected at two ends of the combined line with a setting value. Then, according to the different fault section, the corresponding fault location algorithms for combined lines based on double-ended travelling wave principle are derived. In order to test the validity of the presented travelling wave based fault location method for combined lines, the fault location algorithms are embedded into the ordinary double-ended travelling wave based fault loeators, and a simulation test for the changed fault locators are completed using the special verification instrument for travelling wave based fault locators. The test results show that the presented fault location method for combined lines based on travelling waves is feasible and practical.
