PRL-3在宫颈鳞癌组织中的表达及临床意义

Expression and Clinical Significance of Phosphatase of Regenerating Live-3 in Cervical Squamous Cell Carcinoma

摘要 通过RT-PCR和Western blotting来检测45例宫颈鳞癌组织和20例正常宫颈组织中PRL-3的表达情况。RT-PCR和Western blotting结果均显示宫颈鳞癌组织中PRL-3的表达明显高于正常宫颈组织(P<0.01),PRL-3的表达与宫颈鳞癌组织的分化程度及淋巴转移密切相关(P<0.05),而与患者年龄、肿瘤直径无关(P>0.05)。因此PRL-3可能参与了人类宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展,并与宫颈鳞癌的部分临床病理特征有关,将可能作为宫颈鳞癌靶向治疗的一个新的分子靶点。 Semi-quantitative RT--PCR assay and western blotting were used to detect PRL--3 mRNA and PRL-3 protein expression in forty--five cases of human cervical squamous cell carcinoma specimens and ten cases of normal cervical tissues respectively . There was a significant overexpression of PRL-3 mRNA and protein in cervical squamous cell carcinoma as compared with normal cervical tissues. The differences were significant (P〈0.01). Furthermore, the expression of PRL-3 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues was correlated to grade of differentiation and lymphatic metastasis (P〈0.05) ,but not with age and diameter of tumors (P〉0.05). PRL-3 may correlate to the occurrence and progress of cervical squamous cell carcinomas. It was related with partial clinical and pathological features of cervical squamous cell carcinomas and may be useful in gene therapy for cervical squamous cell carcinomas.
