摘要
以斜支承弹簧系统为研究对象,建立了矩形脉冲激励下系统非线性动力学方程。以系统加速度响应峰值与脉冲激励幅值之比为反映系统在冲击作用下的响应指标,以脉冲激励时间为变量建立系统的冲击谱。讨论了脉冲激励幅值以及系统阻尼等对冲击谱的影响规律。研究表明,脉冲激励幅值、系统支撑角、系统阻尼等对系统冲击响应峰值影响显著,增加系统阻尼可使系统加速度响应峰值明显降低。研究结论可为斜支撑弹簧减振系统的设计提供理论依据。
The nonlinear dynamical equations of inclined support spring system were obtained under the excitation of rectangular pulse.The ratio between acceleration response peak value of the system and pulse excitation amplitude was used for reflecting the response index of the system,and the pulse excitation duration was taken as variable for establishing shock spectra of the system.The regular pattern of influence on impact spectra by amplitude of pulse excitation and system damping was discussed.It is shown that the effects of the amplitude of pulse excitation,the angle of the inclined support spring and the damping of the system are particularly noticeable,the damping can obviously decrease the acceleration response peak value of the system.The conclusion of research can provide academic foundation for the design of shock absorber with inclined support spring.
