肺癌患者呼出气冷凝液中内皮素1检测的临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨肺癌患者呼出气冷凝液(EBC)中内皮素1(ET-1)检测的临床意义。方法应用德国JAEGER公司生产的呼出气冷凝器收集肺癌组60例、肺良性疾病组40例和正常对照组40例的EBC标本,并同时留取血标本待测。采用ELISA法检测EBC及血浆中的ET-1水平。结果肺癌组EBC中ET-1水平均高于肺良性疾病组及正常对照组(P<0.05);肺良性疾病组EBC中ET-1水平高于正常对照组(P<0.05)。有远处转移的肺癌Ⅳ期患者ET-1水平最高(P<0.05)。24例肺癌患者经手术、放疗或化疗后,EBC中ET-1水平较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.05)。结论检测EBC中ET-1对于发现肺癌远处转移、估计预后、判断疗效具有重要的意义。 Objective To investigate clinical significance of detecting endothelin-1(ET-1) in exhaled breath condensate(EBC) of the patients with lung cancer(LC).Methods EBC samples of 60 LC patients(group A),40 cases with benign lung diseases(group B) and 40 healthy volunteers(group C) were collected using the breath condenser(Jaeger Company,Germany),and blood samples were taken as well.ET-1 in EBC and plasma was detected by ELISA method.Results ET-1 level in EBC was higher in group A than that in groups of B and C(P0.05),which was higher in group B than that in group C(P0.05).ET-1 level of stage Ⅳ LC patients with distant metastasis was the highest among the four stages of LC(P0.05).A significant reduction in ET-1 level was found in EBC of 24 LC patients after operation,radiotherapy or chemotherapy(P0.05).Conclusion Detection of ET-1 in EBC is helpful in evaluating distal metastasis of cancer cells and predicting the prognosis and curative effect.
