摘要
目的:探讨老年视网膜脱离患者术后疼痛原因及防治对策。方法:采用线性模拟标尺,对164例老年视网膜脱离手术患者计量疼痛程度。将164例患者分为A,B两组。A组:巩膜外环扎+垫压+视网膜冷凝术64例;B组:玻璃体切除+视网膜复位术100例。B组又分为注气组62例和注硅油组38例。结果:不同手术方式术后疼痛的发生有显著差异性(χ2=6.211,P<0.05),疼痛程度也明显不同,B组术后疼痛率和疼痛程度明显高于A组。结论:老年视网膜脱离患者术后疼痛最常见原因为手术切口疼痛,眼压升高是引起中度以上疼痛的主要因素。
·AIM：To explore ache reasons of old patients after retinal reattachment surgery and nursing care measures.·METHODS：Ache degree was measured by linear marker in 164 old patients after retinal reattachment.164 cases were divided into A and B groups.Group A including 64 cases were treated with scleral buckle whereas group B including 100 cases treated with vitrectomy surgery.In group B,62 cases were with gas tamponade and 38 cases were with silicone oil tamponade postoperatively.·RESULTS：There was significant difference between two groups（χ^26.211,P〈0.05）.The ache rate and ache degree of group B were much higher than those of group A.·CONCLUSION：The incision pain is the usual cause of ache in old patients with retinal reattachment surgery.High intraocular pressure is the main reason of moderate pain.·
