摘要
以蜡状芽孢杆菌SW06为出发菌株,通过紫外诱变筛选得到突变株BZ-3,其产脂肪酶的活力较SW06提高2.49倍。再对BZ-3进行亚硝酸钠诱变,得到突变株BF-3,产脂肪酶活力较SW06提高4.11倍。将BF-3传到第5代,其产酶较稳定。
The original strains Bacillus cereus SW06 were mutated by UV, then the new strain BZ-3 was screened and their lipase productivity was 2.49 times higher than before. Another new strain BF-3 was screened after the strain BZ-3 was mutated by NaNO2,4.11 higher than the original strain SW06. When the BF-3 was propagated to the fifth generation, their lipase productivity was stable.
