摘要
试验采用单因素法,考察了固液比、反应温度、反应时间对产率的影响,并以正交试验研究了以蛋壳为原料用水热法制备醋酸钙的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:最佳工艺条件为固液比1∶14,反应温度55℃,反应时间4.5 h,在此最佳条件下的醋酸钙产率可达92.66%。这验证了以蛋壳为原料用水热法制备醋酸钙是可行的。
The feasibility of preparing calcium acetate from eggshell by hhydrothermal synthesis is first confirmed in this experiment. A single-factor approach is used to explore the effects of solid-liquid ratio, reaction temperature and reaction time on yield, and orthogonal experiment is applied to study the optimum conditions. The results show that the optimum conditions are solid-liquid ratio 1 : 14, reaction temperature 55 % and reaction time 4.5 h, under which yield can reach as high as 92.66% .
