摘要
贯流泵装置中扩散导叶的叶片数是影响其装置水力性能的一个因素,故有必要对其进行计算和分析.通过CFD方法对配有不同导叶体的灯泡贯流泵装置内部三维流动进行了全流道数值模拟计算,获得了5种不同方案(4片、5片、7片、8片导叶和改进后的5片导叶)下贯流泵装置水力性能以及导叶段的水力损失,分析了不同导叶叶片数和叶片形状对贯流泵装置外特性的影响.结果表明,导叶体内的水力损失基本上随着导叶叶片数的增加而增大,而泵装置的效率不完全符合这一规律;采用5叶片导叶方案的泵装置效率较高,且内流场的压力和流速分布较为均匀;改进后的5叶片导叶体内的水力损失最小,泵装置效率最高,提出了对确定叶轮的最佳导叶叶片数的匹配.
Diffusion guide vane number is a factor affecting on the hydraulic performance of tubular pump system. CFD method was used to simulate the three-dimensional flow of a bulb tubular pump system with different diffusion guide vanes. Five adopting schemes were the tubular pump system with 4 guide vanes, 5 guide vanes,7 guide vanes,8 guide vanes and improved 5 guide vanes. The hydraulic performance of pump system and the hydraulic loss of guide vane unit were obtained,and the effect of different vane number and vane shape on the external characteristics of tubular pump system were analyzed. The results showed that the hydraulic loss of guide vane was increased with the vane number,but the efficiency of pump system did not fully comply with this law. The highest pump efficiency was of the case with 5 vanes. The distributions of pressure and velocity were more uniform and the minimum hydraulic loss and the highest efficiency were in scheme with the improved 5 vanes. The best guide vane number matching the impeller was proposed.
