摘要
分析了我国中厚板成材率逐年提高的现状，介绍了23个中板厂1995～1998年成材率的统计数据，并指出影响成材率提高的主要因素是：品种结构、负偏差控制、板形控制及废品率。
The current situation of finished products ate of 23 plate plants in our country is analyzed, and the statistical data of product rate from 1995 to 1998 are introduced. The analysis shows that the main influence factors on increasing finished product rate are pointed out. such as product structure, minus-tolerance control,shape control and waste product rate.
