摘要
目的了解常德市男男性行为者(MSM)人群艾滋病、梅毒和丙型肝炎病毒的感染状况,为制定有效的防治措施提供信息和依据。方法对287例MSM分别进行人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)、丙型肝炎病毒(HCV)和梅毒螺旋体(TP)抗体检测。结果 MSM的总感染率为16.4%,其中HIV阳性10份(3.5%),HCV阳性3份(1.0%),TP阳性37份(12.9%)。结论常德市MSM人群的HIV和梅毒感染率较高,是艾滋病防治的重点人群,应立即采取积极有效的预防和干预措施。
Objective To investigate the status of infection of HIV,syphilis and hepatitis C virus（HCV）among man who have sex with man（MSM）,and provide information for prevention and intervention.Methods Antibodies of HIV,HCV and syphilis（TP）were detected in 287 MSM samples.Results The infection rate of sex related diseases in MSM population was 16.4%,including 10 with HIV（3.5%）,3 with HCV（1.0%）and 37 with TP（12.9%）.Conclusion The HIV,HCV and TP infection rates were relatively high among MSM in Changde though their awareness rate of preventing AIDS was high.The intervention should focus on changing of their high-risk behaviors in future.
