塑性变形对复杂铝黄铜零件耐磨性能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用MHK-500型磨损实验机检测了合金在不同摩擦条件下的摩擦磨损性能,并运用金相显微镜、扫描电子显微镜、微探针、透射电子显微镜等分析手段,系统深入地分析合金不同状态下的显微组织结构,并系统研究铝黄铜HAL60-1-1合金干摩擦状态下对磨时的摩擦磨损机理。结果表明,等温挤压态HAL60-1-1合金较铸态合金具有优良的耐磨性能,不同磨损条件下磨损机制以粘着磨损为主,存在塑性变形、疲劳断裂和磨粒磨损等形式。 Using an MHK-500 type tester the friction and wear properties of the alloy were tested under different conditions.The microstructure and surface micrograph were investigated by means of SEM,microprobe and TEM.The wear mechanisms of HAL60-1-1 aluminum brass alloy under dry friction condition were systematically investigated.The results show that the isothermal extruded alloy possesses better wear resistibility than the casted alloy.The main wear mechanism is adherence wear,while plastic deforming,fatigue fracture,and abrasive wear are also found in the alloy.
