锁定钢板内固定结合CPM治疗胫骨平台骨折 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨锁定钢板内固定结合CPM治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的临床疗效。方法对我科在2004年1月~2008rh59例胫骨平台骨折患者全部采用锁定钢板内固定结合术后早期利用CPM机行膝关节功能锻炼进行回顾性分析。结果所有患者术后获12~24个月(平均16个月)的随访,骨折均获骨性愈合,骨折愈合时间平均为4个月。膝关节功能参照Hohl和Luck评分标准,优46例,良10例,可3例,优良率为94.9%。结论锁定钢板内固定结合CPM治疗胫骨平台骨折临床疗效满意。 Objective To explore the curative effects on interlocking plate internal fixation combined with continuous passive motion (CPM) in the treatment of complex fractures of tibial plateau. Methods From January 2004 to December 2008, 59 cases with fracture of tibial plateau received interlocking plate internal fixation combined with postoperative early CPM for functional training of knee joint were analyzed retrospectively.Results Postoperative follow-up was got in all cases for 12~ 24 months(mean 6 months). The bony union was obtained in all cases and average union time was 4 months. According to Hohl and Luck score criteria of knee joint function, the excellent, good and fair were in 46,10 and 3 cases retrospectively.The excellent and good rate were in 94.9%.Conclusion Interlocking plate internal fixation combined with postoperative early CPM would get a satisfactory result in the treatment of the fractures of tibial plateau.
