半完壁式乳突病变切除鼓室成形术在中耳后天原发性胆脂瘤治疗中的应用 被引量：10

摘要 目的:研究半完壁式乳突病变切除鼓室成形术治疗中耳后天原发性胆脂瘤的疗效。方法:行半完壁式乳突病变切除鼓室成形术治疗中耳后天原发性胆脂瘤21例,同期行开放式乳突切开鼓室成形术治疗中耳后天原发性胆脂瘤28例,两组进行对照研究。结果:平均干耳时间:半完壁式(18.0±1.7)d,开放式为(21.0±3.0)d,差异有统计学意义。随访6～18个月,半完壁式术后外耳道形态和功能正常,外耳道无结痂及分泌物,无胆脂瘤复发。半完壁式和开放式术后气骨导差分别为(21.7±5.6)dBHL和(27.0±7.0)dBHL,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半完壁式乳突病变切除鼓室成形术治疗中耳后天原发性胆脂瘤,术后干耳快,有利于去除病灶,听力改善满意,值得推广。
