摘要
目的:依据《临床护理技术规范(基础篇)》中留置胃管技术操作规范制定并修改留置胃管技术操作培训考核模式,运用该模式培训考核新护士,以提高新护士的操作技能水平。方法:2008年9月在医院临床技能规范化培训小组的挑选下,科室被选为"留置胃管技能培训考核基地",成立培训考核小组,并与医院临床技能规范化培训小组一起商定考核方法,设定考核相关知识点(分基础知识、临床问题和个案难点),实施培训考核工作。将2007年1月~2008年3月新护士和2008年4月~2009年7月新护士分为对照组和试验组,试验组采用改进后的培训考核模式,对照组采用改进前的培训考核模式,比较两组的考核得分情况及存在问题。结果:试验组和对照组该项考核平均成绩、健康宣教能力和评估能力差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:改进后的培训考核模式能有效地提高新护士的操作技能,有利于培养护士根据实际工作需要的灵活思维方式,从而提高护士解决问题的能力。
Objective According to" Clinical Nursing Technical Operation Criterion (primary) ",the criterion of the indwelling gastric tube was amended and applied to test the relative ability of the new nurses and improve their level of technical operation.Method Our department was selected as"Technical Operation Assessing Base for Indwelling Gastric Tube"in Sep.2008 and"Training and Assessing Board"was established at the same time.The board has discussed exam method with the Board of hospital in order to set a sequence of related knowledge points including primary knowledge and clinical problem and rarely situation case.The mode was applied in clinical training and the assessment.The new nurses was divided into 2 groups,the test group and the control group.The test group was applied the new mode to training and assessing while the control applied the former mode and then compared with the two groups in the area of score,existing problem.Results The score,the ability of health instruction and the ability of assessing patients in the test group had significantly differences with that in the control group(P〈0.05) .Conclusion The improved mode can strengthen technical operation ability of new nurses effectively and very beneficial to the training of flexible thinking way by working request which result in advancing the ability of solving problems.
