随着民办高校在近30年的迅速发展繁荣壮大,师资队伍建设越来越成为可持续发展的瓶颈。本文通过对民办高校师资队伍建设存在问题的剖析,提出民办高校师资队伍建设可持续发展的对策。
With the rapid development and prosperity of private college in the recent 30 years, the teaching team construction increasingly become the bottleneck of sustainable development. Through the analysis of problems in private higher education institutes teaching team construction, the paper puts forward the strategy for private higher teaching team construction.
