摘心及其他药剂处理对仁用杏果实品质的影响

摘要 以仁用杏龙王帽和优一为试材,分别进行新梢摘心、喷施缩节胺、亚硫酸氢钠和赤霉素处理,初步探讨不同处理因子对仁用杏果实、果核、杏仁的质量和部分营养成分的影响。研究结果表明,喷施缩节胺和亚硫酸氢钠对增加杏仁产量效果较好;喷施缩节胺、亚硫酸氢钠和进行新梢轻度摘心对增加出仁率效果较好;赤霉素、缩节胺和亚硫酸氢钠处理对所测的杏仁营养成分含量无明显影响。生产中可综合运用以上措施来促进杏仁产量和品质。 This research was conducted to discuss the influence of different treatments on kernel-apricot fruit,stone and kernel weight and many nutritional components after Longwangmao and Youyi trees are treated by shoot pinching,DPC(Suo-jie-an),Sodium Bisulfite and Gibberellin.The results show that spraying DPC and Sodium Bisulfite can inprove yield of kernel compared with other treaments;Spraying DPC and Sodium Bisulfite,shoot pinching can increase kernel percent of kernel-apricot compared with other treaments;Spraying DPC and Sodium Bisulfite haven't obvious influence on nutritional components in kernel of Longwangmao and Youyi.We should adopt comprehensive above measures to promote yield and quality of kernel in kernel-apricot cultivation and management.
