摘要
【目的】探讨老年性股骨颈骨折行人工髋关节置换术后并发症的发生与股骨偏心距重建的关系。【方法】通过32例（32髋）完整病例进行回顾性研究，结合文献分析股骨偏心距重建与否和术后并发症发生的关系。【结果】本组32例术后相关并发症主要有髋关节脱位（2例）、遗留关节疼痛（1例）、假体松动（1例）。【结论】在股骨颈骨折中行全髋关节置换治疗中重建股骨偏心距可明显减少术后相关并发症的发生。
[Objective]To explore the relationship between the incidence of complications of total hip re- placement（THR） of femoral neck fracture in the elderly patients and restoration of femoral offset.[Methods] Three-two complete cases of total hip replacement（32 hips） were studied retrospectively. The relationship between restoration of femoral offset and postoperative complications were analyzed. [Results]The major postoperative complications were dislocation of hip joint（2 cases）, remained joint pain（1 case） and loose prosthesis（1 cases）. [Conclusion] The restoration of femoral offset of total hip replacement of femoral neck fraction can ob- viously reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
