摘要
从食品机械与设备教学内容的调整,组织结构的优化,教学方法的改革,教学手段的改进,实践教学的加强,能力培养的注重方面进行了探讨和总结,并对今后的改革提出了设想。
Teaching reforms on food processing machinery including adjustment of teaching content,optimization of organization structure,reform of teaching method,improvement of teaching aid,enhancement of practical teaching and emphasis on capacity development were discussed and summarized in this paper,and the reforms in future of this course were conceived.
