摘要
目的观察中药雾化吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠模型超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的变化及意义,探讨其对COPD的保护机理。方法采用"烟熏并复合木瓜蛋白酶雾化吸入法"复制COPD大鼠模型。研究分为5个组:正常组、模型组、中药治疗组、西药治疗组、生理盐水雾化组,治疗时间为4周。观察肺泡灌洗液细胞数分类,血清中SOD含量。结果中药治疗组SOD水平较西药治疗组明显升高而MDA较西药组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中、西药治疗组SOD水平分别较模型组明显升高,而MDA较西药组低(P<0.05);肺泡灌洗液炎性细胞计数及分类中药组低于西药组(P<0.05)。结论中药雾化能减轻支气管肺组织炎性细胞在肺内聚集,使SOD升高,MDA降低,对COPD大鼠肺具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the change and meaning of Superoxide dismutase(SOD)in the blood serum of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)model rats,and to investigate the mechanism of prevention and therapy of COPD.Methods The COPD model was established by atomization of papain and exposed to cigarette smoking.SD rats were randomly divided 5 groups:normal control group;model group;traditional Chinese medicine conventional therapy group;western medicine conventional therapy group and liquor natrii chloridi isotonicus group.The time of therapy was four weeks.White blood cells in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF)were observed and the serum content of SOD was detected with spectrophotometer.Results Compared with other groups,traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was the lowest in BALF,traditional Chinese medicine were lower than the western medicine group in cell counting and classifying;the serum content of SOD in traditional Chinese medicine group was higher(P〈0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine atomization inhalation can reduce accumulation of inflammatory cells in bronchial aerosol lung tissue,increase the serum levels of SOD,decrease the serum levels of MDA,which had a protective effect on the COPD rat lung.
